This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no profiles from external networks. When you open it, your device transmits technically necessary data to our host — IP address, time, address requested, browser type. These server logs serve secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted after a short time.

The narrow notice at the bottom edge stores only your confirmation, and only in your browser's local storage under the key „cookie-consent". No data is transmitted to us or to third parties, and no profile is created. If you clear your browser storage, the notice appears again.

The fonts used are bundled when the site is built and delivered from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts is established.

In the forms on this site we ask only for what we need in order to answer: your request, your language, when you can be reached, your name and an email address or phone number. The details are transmitted encrypted to our mailbox and processed there.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR — processing your enquiry. We store the message only for as long as that requires, and we do not pass it on to third parties who have nothing to do with it.

An invisible mandatory field and a timestamp in the form serve solely to fend off automated spam submissions.

The site is operated by a service provider in the European Union that processes the data exclusively on our instructions (processing on behalf under Art. 28 GDPR).

This site links to Instagram, to Google Maps and to our older association website. The respective provider only learns about it once you click one of those links — on this site itself nothing is loaded from there.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An informal message to Asbourzam@outlook.de is enough — in German, English or Dari.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority; for us that is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
